SociaLiga is delighted to announce a new partnership with ALAT by Wema, Nigeria’s first fully digital bank, to grow sports entertainment in Lagos and support the drive to provide more clean fun options for the city’s youth.
This is ALAT’s second foray into sports, having organized the GameOn Turf Football competition last year.
Speaking on the partnership, Caxton-Martins Olaniyan, MD of SociaLiga, said, “We’re delighted to have ALAT on board. Their commitment to young people means that we have a partner with similar interests and targets, and we have no doubt that this is the beginning of great things for both of us.”
Funmilayo Falola, the Head, Brand and Marketing Communications, Wema Bank remarked, “We’re thrilled to be working with SociaLiga this year. They have shown a strong desire to build a positive brand focused on youth and that aligns with our banks goal.
“Wema Bank is committed to building value-driven relationships. The best solutions to everyday challenges often arise from communities built on shared values. With young people at the forefront of innovative ideas, every brand that values innovation must find ways to connect with young people. We hope that our partnership with SociaLiga will enable us build similar communities that foster home-grown innovation.”
