Bet9jaSociaLiga MatchDay 4 Preview

Bet9jaSociaLiga Match Day 4 sees a break from the Female League but things are still hot in the Male League. There will be six games still, but all from the Male League where three different teams play twice. It promises to be yet another tough match day full of everything we love about football. Here is what to expect from the games

Saints FC vs Raineri Ghosts FC

Saints are still reeling from the defeat they suffered at MD3 to reigning champions Dannaz FC. They would be looking to bounce back quickly in this game against a team they beat 4-1 the last time they met, back in 2016.

Raineri had to come back twice against new boys Alimosho FC at MD3 to record their second straight draw of the campaign. After their bright start to the season, they seem to have faded. They need a win in this game to get back on track.

This will be the second meeting between Raineri and Saints in Bet9jaSociaLiga. So far, Raineri have conceded more goals (6) than Saints have scored this season (3).

Royals FC vs All Black FC

Royals did not have any game at MD3 so they have had enough time to reflect on their season so far and prepare for this game. They are still yet to win or lose a game this season after playing two games. Both games ended in draws that they snatched at the death.

All Black FC are in trouble. They lost their second game of the season against Cubs at MD3 and, like Royals, are still in search of their first win of the season. No team has conceded more goals than them this season. Their leaky defence has allowed 7 goals.

This is the third meeting between them at Bet9jaSociaLiga. Royals are unbeaten in this tie. All Black have never even managed a goal against Royals.

Citizens vs Dannaz FC

Citizens FC recorded at vital 1-0 victory at Guns at MD3. That victory gave them their first win of the season, following their opening day defeat to Alimosho FC. They come into this game determined to continue their momentum.

Dannaz FC finally got their first three points of the season at MD3 against a familiar foe. This came after they blew leads in their first two games and had to settle for draws. The champions are now poised to continue their momentum and record another win.

This is the third meeting between the two sides. Dannaz ruthlessly demolished Citizens in their first ever meeting last season, but they suffered a surprising defeat in the reverse fixture. Citizens are the only side to have beaten Dannaz in Bet9jaSociaLiga history.

Saints FC vs Cubs FC

Saints play their second game of the day against top-of-the-table Cubs who began the season with a loss. How fortunes change! Saints would have a chance to make amends quickly if they fail to win the game against Raineri, who inflicted Cubs’ only defeat so far at MD1.

Cubs have won two straight games and would be looking to consolidate their spot at the top of the table with this game.

This is the third meeting between the two clubs. Saints are unbeaten against them and a win in this game will likely see Saints climb ahead of Cubs on the table, depending on the outcome of the Saints vs Raineri game earlier.

Guns FC vs Alimosho FC

Both teams failed to win at MD3 but Almiosho had a far better day. They twice took the lead against the relentless Raineri but could only walk away with a thoroughly impressive draw. They go again to face a Guns team who are wounded.

Guns conceded a late goal against Citizens at MD3 and will be looking to quickly change their fortunes, as they have now lost two straight games despite starting the season with a win. Three points are vital for them now.

This is the first ever meeting between the two clubs.

Citizens FC vs All Black FC

Both teams play their second game of the day in the final fixture of the day (Read the Bet9jaSociaLiga MatchDay 3 WrapUp Here). The energy of this game will largely depend on the outcome of their first games, as well as the strategy they come with. Both teams may come in desperate for even a point.

Citizens would come in having dealt with the relentless pressing game of Dannaz. All Black would come in having dealt with the aerial duels from an adaptable and stressful Royals team. What we do know is that it will be a tough game and it will probably be a goalfest.

This is the third meeting between the two teams. All Black have never lost to the Citizens in the Bet9jaSociaLiga and have only conceded once in this tie.
